We blended a small lot of select Merlot for added flavors.
This continues another great tradition that John began with our
incredible Cabernets of previous years. A spicy wine with
flavors of currants, juniper berries, and soft chocolate on the
palate, a very flavorful wine indeed. It is full bodies and well
balanced, an excellent food wine.

FOOD AFFINITES
Some of our favorites: rack of lamb with garlic, oregano and
cumin; grilled duck breast; winter cassoulets; and for dessert
chocolate dipped strawberries and biscotti or chocolate
cabernet wine cake.
